First visit FAQs
How long is the first visit?
Typically 60–90 minutes, allowing adequate time for X-rays, a full examination, and a thorough conversation about your oral health.
Do I need to bring my insurance card?
Yes — bring your dental insurance card and we'll handle direct billing on your behalf. No paperwork for you.
What if I'm nervous about the dentist?
Tell us. Dental anxiety is real and we take it seriously. Our team works at your pace, explains every step, and never rushes you.
Can I bring my children too?
Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages. Let us know when you book and we'll schedule the whole family.
Is there parking at the office?
Yes — we're in the Newmarket Plaza at 130 Davis Dr #35 with ample free parking directly in front of the building.
